The create team form with type, members, and skills fields
Manage members and roles
- Open the team from the Teams page.
- Use Add Member to bring in more users, choosing leader, supervisor, or member for each.
- Change a person’s team role or remove them from the member list at any time.
Team roles (leader/supervisor/member) are separate from organization roles (Admin, Technician, and so on). A user’s organization role still controls what they can do in each module — see Roles and permissions.
Skills and tags
Skills and tags describe what a team can do. Edit them from the team detail page:- Skills capture capabilities and certifications.
- Tags are free-form labels for filtering and search.

Editing a team's skills and tags
Assign teams to work orders
When creating or editing a work order, choose a team in the assignment section instead of (or alongside) individual users. Every member can see the work order; the leader and supervisor coordinate who completes it.- Assign recurring trade work (for example, all HVAC PMs) to the matching trade team.
- Combine team assignment with location scope so site crews only see their own sites.
