- Stock — quantity on hand, minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels
- Cost — unit cost, used to calculate parts cost on work orders
- Dates — expiry and warranty dates
- Organization — location, category and subcategory
- Sourcing — linked suppliers and vendors
- Attachments — images and files such as datasheets

Stock alerts
FacilityLane raises four alert types so parts never run out silently:- Low Stock — quantity on hand fell below the minimum stock level
- Out of Stock — quantity on hand is zero
- Expiring Soon — the expiry date is approaching
- Expired — the expiry date has passed
