FacilityLane is built for global teams. The interface is available in six languages, and dates and currency follow the formats configured for your organization.

Supported languages

  • English
  • Arabic
  • Spanish
  • German
  • French
  • Hindi

Change your language

Each user chooses their own interface language — it does not affect anyone else.
1

Open the language switcher

Go to Settings and open the Language selector. On mobile, find it under the Settings/More tab.
2

Pick a language

Select English, Arabic, Spanish, German, French, or Hindi.
3

Done

The interface updates immediately in the selected language.

Your language choice applies to the FacilityLane interface. Content entered by users — work order titles, comments, messages — stays in whatever language it was written in.

Organization default language

Admins set a default language in Organization settings. New users start with this default and can override it personally at any time.

Date formats

The date format is set at the organization level (for example, MM/DD/YYYY for the US or DD/MM/YYYY for Europe) and applies to due dates, schedules, and reports. The organization timezone determines when scheduled events, PM generation, and SLA timers fire.

Currency

The organization currency setting controls how costs display in Inventory, work order cost tracking, and Reports. Choose the currency that matches your accounting — for example, USD, EUR, or AED.

Set timezone, date format, and currency once during initial setup — before creating PM schedules or entering inventory costs — so historical records display consistently. See the Quickstart.

LAYLA and multi-language support

The LAYLA AI assistant understands requests in multiple languages, so technicians and tenants can create work orders in the language they speak.
