Organization settings define the identity and defaults for your entire workspace. Only Admins can change them.

General identity

1

Update the name or slug

Edit the Name or Slug field and select Save.
2

Upload a logo

Select Upload Logo, choose an image file, and save. A square image works best.
Changing the slug changes your organization’s URL identifier. Update any saved links or QR codes that reference the old slug — including printed public request form QR codes.

Regional defaults

These settings control how dates, money, and text appear for everyone by default:
  • Timezone — used for due dates, PM schedules, SLA timers, and reports.
  • Date format — how dates render across the app (for example, MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY).
  • Currency — used for inventory costs, work order costs, and financial reports.
  • Language — the default language for the organization; users can override it personally. See Language and localization.

Timezone matters for automation. PM schedules and SLA escalations run against the organization timezone, so set it before configuring Preventive Maintenance.

Public request form

The Organization settings area also contains the public request form configuration, where you can enable a form that anyone can use to submit maintenance requests and generate a QR code to print and post on-site.
