The FacilityLane mobile app brings work orders, assets, and team messaging to the field. It is built mobile-first for technicians and is available for both iOS and Android.

Install the app

Download FacilityLane

  • iOS: Search for “FacilityLane” on the App Store and install it.
  • Android: Search for “FacilityLane” on Google Play and install it.

Open the app and log in

Enter the same email and password you use on the web. If this is your first login after an invite or an admin password reset, you are asked to set a new password first — see Account setup.

Pick your organization

If your account belongs to multiple organizations, choose the workspace you want to work in. You can switch later from the app.

Tips for field work

Enable push notifications when prompted so you are alerted immediately when work is assigned to you or a message arrives. You can fine-tune what you receive in Notification preferences.
  • Scan an asset’s QR code from the Assets tab to jump straight to its record or report an issue.
  • Attach photos, videos, or voice notes to work orders as you complete them.
  • Use the Messages tab to coordinate with your team without leaving the app — see Messages.
