Apply the date range and any filters first. The export contains exactly what the report currently shows.

Schedule automated reports
Scheduled reports run automatically and deliver the report on a recurring cadence — no one has to remember to pull the numbers.1
Choose the report
Open the report tab and configuration you want delivered, including date range behavior and filters.
2
Create the schedule
Set up the automated report: choose the recurrence (for example weekly or monthly) and the recipients.

3
Save and verify the first delivery
Save the schedule, then confirm the first delivery arrives as expected and shows the intended data.
Scheduled reports reflect the data at run time. A weekly Monday report covers the state of your data as of Monday, not when you created the schedule.
Ideas for scheduled reports
- Weekly work order summary for supervisors — status breakdown and completion rates from Work Order Reports
- Monthly PM compliance for managers — from the PM tab in Asset Reports
- Monthly cost analysis for finance — maintenance and parts spend by period
