How offline mode works
- Offline cache — the app stores your data locally, so work orders, assets, and other records remain available with no signal.
- Connectivity detection — the app detects when you go offline and switches seamlessly; you keep working without interruption.
- Sync engine — changes made offline are queued locally. When the app detects connectivity, the sync engine pushes your changes up and pulls the latest data down.

The Sync Center
The Sync Center screen shows exactly what is happening with your data: pending changes waiting to upload, sync progress, and what has already synced. Open it from Settings/More. Use the Sync Center to:- Confirm all your offline work has uploaded before ending a shift
- Trigger a sync manually
- Review pending changes while you are still offline
