The Reports module turns your maintenance data into dashboards and metrics — how work orders are progressing, how healthy your assets are, what maintenance costs, and how your team is performing.

Reports are organized into ten tabs:

Date range filters

Every report respects the date range filter. Choose a preset range or set custom start and end dates — all charts and metrics on the tab recalculate for the selected period.

Compare periods by noting metrics for one range, then switching the range — for example this month versus last month — to spot trends in completion rates or costs.

Drill-down

Metrics are not dead ends. Select a chart segment or metric to drill down into the underlying records — for example, click the “Overdue” slice of the work order status breakdown to see the actual overdue work orders.
