You need a valid email address to register. If your team already uses FacilityLane, ask an Admin to invite you instead — see Invite your team.

Create your account
- Open the FacilityLane registration page.
- Enter your email, password, first name, last name, and an organization name.
- Select Create Account. You are signed in and your organization workspace is created automatically.

Set up your organization
- Go to Settings → Organization.
- Upload your logo and confirm the organization name and slug.
- Set your timezone, date format, currency, and language.
- Select Save.

Add a location
- Open Locations in the left navigation.
- Select Add Location and enter the site or building name and address.
- Select Save.

Add your first asset
- Open Assets and select Add Asset.
- Enter a name (for example, “AHU-01 Rooftop Unit”), choose the location, and set a parent asset if it belongs to a hierarchy.
- Optionally add criticality, model, serial number, and photos.
- Select Save.

Create your first work order
- Open Work Orders and select Create Work Order.
- Enter a title and description, then pick the asset and location you just created.
- Set a priority and, optionally, a due date and assignee.
- Select Create.

Invite your team
- Go to Users and select Invite User.
- Enter each teammate’s email, choose a role (for example, Technician), and set their location scope (Global or specific locations).
- Select Send Invite. Each person receives an email link to join your organization.

Get the mobile app
Install FacilityLane on iOS or Android so technicians can work in the field. See Install the mobile app.
