Asset status
The Assets tab shows the status of assets across your portfolio for the selected date range — which assets are operational and which are down or under maintenance. Filter by location to focus on one site.

Asset health
The Asset Health tab surfaces health indicators per asset so you can rank equipment by condition and prioritize attention on the assets most likely to fail.

PM compliance
The PM tab measures preventive maintenance compliance — how many scheduled PMs were completed on time in the selected period. Low compliance is an early warning: skipped PMs today become breakdowns and reactive work orders later.

Cost analysis
The Cost tab breaks down maintenance spend for the date range. Parts recorded on work orders feed parts cost automatically — see Barcodes & QR Codes for recording parts usage. Use cost analysis to answer:- Which assets cost the most to maintain?
- How does spend trend month over month?
- Is cost shifting from planned (PM) to unplanned (reactive) work?

Cost analysis breaking down maintenance spend
Cost figures depend on unit costs entered on inventory items and parts recorded against work orders. Missing either understates true maintenance cost.
